What's Included in Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Kitchen: Cabinets and drawers cleaned inside and out (when empty), inside the oven, inside the fridge, and inside the microwave. Counters, backsplash, and all appliance exteriors wiped. Sink and faucet scrubbed. Floor vacuumed and mopped.
Bathrooms: Cabinets and drawers cleaned inside and out. Tub, shower, glass, toilet, sink, and mirror scrubbed and disinfected. Hard water buildup removed from fixtures. Floor vacuumed and mopped.
Bedrooms and living areas: Closets wiped inside (when empty), baseboards and door frames wiped, window sills and tracks detailed, light switches and outlet covers cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped throughout.
Every room: Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted within reach, cobwebs removed, trash and any leftover debris hauled out.
What We Don't Cover
We are a residential only cleaning company. We do not shampoo carpets, wash walls, wash exterior windows above ground level, move heavy furniture or large appliances, do minor repairs or touch up paint, or handle biohazard, mold, or major debris removal left behind by movers.

Products and Tools We Use
Our team brings its own supplies to every move-out. We use microfiber cloths that trap dust instead of pushing it around, and a vacuum with HEPA filtration so fine dust stays in the vacuum instead of settling back onto bare floors. For hard water buildup on fixtures and shower glass, we use a mineral safe descaler. On sealed hardwood, tile, and stone, we use a pH neutral cleaner that will not strip finishes.
